Background
Ryan McCoy is a multidisciplinary design leader. He has extensive experience in product development, primarily in consumer goods. For the past ten years, Ryan has been developing design strategies and leading design and engineering teams at Target Corporation. Ryan has designed a wide range of products including furniture, lighting, storage and organization, pharmacy packaging, reusable bags, sporting goods, and pet products. He has dozens of patents and oversees the development of hundreds of products annually.
Outside of working at Target Corporation, Ryan studied human factors design and technology at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. His academic work focused on the intersection of physical and digital products. Ryan is also a certified project manager from the University of Minnesota.
